Now that the kids have fl own the coop, Jana Panter enjoys long walks with her dogs, hilly Seattle bike rides, writing articles exploring the depths of craniosacral therapy, and adventuring with her husband. She describes a recent sunrise hot air balloon ride in Sedona as "magnifi cent." contributors Irene Diamond is excited about her new electric sit/ stand desk. She loves to write, but prefers to be dancing— physically and metaphorically. Whether with her husband or kids, or in her offi ce, movement is key. Her philosophy: "Life's short. Make a difference.
