When not
writing, editing
or teaching,
Leon Chaitow
spends the
majority of the
year in beautiful
Corfu, Greece.
Relaxing with
his wife of 44
years, Alkmini,
keeps him grounded as does
swimming, reading, and walking the
family's aging dachshund, Dumbo,
who moves at just the right speed!
Now that the
kids have fl own
the coop, Jana
Panter enjoys
long walks with
her dogs, hilly
Seattle bike
rides, writing
articles exploring
the depths of
craniosacral
therapy, and adventuring with
her husband. She describes a
recent sunrise hot air balloon ride
in Sedona as "magnifi cent."
contributors
Irene
Diamond is
excited about
her new
electric sit/
stand desk.
She loves
to write, but
prefers to be
dancing—
physically
and metaphorically. Whether
with her husband or kids, or in
her offi ce, movement is key. Her
philosophy: "Life's short. Make
a difference. Have fun."
