She also enjoys messy DIY art projects (papier-mâché), time in nature, and travel. Her favorite places to visit include Black Mountain, North Carolina; St. Petersburg, Florida; and Montserrat, Spain. contributors A tree-hugging free spirit, Susan Coffey has an affinity for used book stores and antiques. Her three children and two granddaughters are the center of her world. Susan loves the beach, Led Zeppelin, shooting stars, and karma. She is an eternal optimist and believes happiness is a choice. One of Cindy Williams's passions is helping others be their own healers. Having to recover from her own traumatic injury makes her work as a massage therapist and yoga instructor more meaningful. She is also at home on a climbing wall or leading joyful song within the Unity spiritual community. Yoni Whitten, DC, is a Southern California native.
