news notes In Memoriam: Dr. John Upledger John Upledger, the developer of craniosacral therapy and founder of The Upledger Institute, died October 26, at the age of 80. The author of several texts, including Your Inner Physician and You, Dr. Upledger had served on the Alternative Medicine Program Advisory Council for the Office of Alternative Medicine at the National Institutes of Health, was a clinical researcher and professor of biomechanics at Michigan State University from 1975–1983, and was a certified fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathy. From the Institute's Facebook page: "Dr. John has made such an incredible impact on so many and we are honored to continue to support his work and carry it forward."
