hese words, spoken by a client dealing with death are typical of statements I have heard over the years in my work as a certified massage therapist. Oftentimes people come to us for massage when they are experiencing the stress of loss in their lives. Whether the loss is through death, divorce, or other significant life changes, we find ourselves in the role of supporting them through these challenging times. We can be most helpful by understanding some of the basics of the normal grieving process, as we allow our clients a safe haven in their time of need.
