Lynda McCullough Whether climbing mountains, doing yoga, or experiencing bodywork, Lynda finds the connection between body and mind to be a wealth of wisdom and joy. She writes, hikes, and teaches yoga in Loveland, Colorado, where she lives with her gentle partner and boisterous cats. Tom has a lifelong fascination with the art of changing human shape and movement, an inquiry that plays Thomas Myers out through his practice, his company Kinesis, and in his writings—including Anatomy Trains, now available in nine languages. Tom lives, writes, and sails with his partner Quan on the coast of Maine. Karrie Osborn Karrie has long considered integrative medicine an exciting vision of what health care could look like when done well. Her self-made integrative health team includes her doctor, massage therapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, the organic food and supplements aisle at her natural grocery store—and Mother Nature, for all the therapeutic moments she provides each day. Jeremy is a 2006 graduate of the Louisville School of Massage and a 2010 graduate of the Mental Health Counseling Masters program at Eastern Kentucky University.
