FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY Client Homework— Extended Child's Pose 1. Kneel on the floor with your knees about shoulder-width apart. 2. Place your palms on the floor about shoulder-width apart. 3. As you exhale, sit back on your heels and lower your chest toward the floor. 4. Relax as you reach forward, elongate your spine, and open your chest and shoulders.
