TRANSPORTING TIP Many injuries occur while transporting tables. Don't be in a rush to move your table, such as getting it up the stairs or into your car. Take your time and be mindful of your body mechanics. When possible, use a table cart, and when using a case, carry your table across your body (Image 4). When lifting, use the side and top straps, stabilizing the table against your body (Image 5). and therapist since 1990.
