Working in the Present Moment
As massage therapists, we are supposed to be graceful, kind,
and warm. We are supposed to abound with healing love. We are
supposed to wake up each day eager to share our unique gifts with
the world. Yet, the reality of our work is often quite different. The
laundry service hasn't delivered clean sheets. Your spa manager
is disorganized. That song you hate is playing again. Your hands
are aching, and the client keeps asking for more pressure.
