Amy Fontaine-Smith Fort Mill, South Carolina I try to do some yoga every day before I start work on my clients. Even just a good Sun Salutation gets me grounded and moving from my legs and core. It taps me into my breathing so I don't tense up throughout the day when doing rigorous work on clients. I also find it helpful to go further and make sure I acknowledge every major muscle group before working, even if it means just circumlocutions for my fingers and wrists and some shoulder shrugs and circles. Waking up and saying hello to my body really helps me get in tune with myself, and it's a fail-safe and quick way to keep me healthy for the rest of the day.
