Upcoming Topics My favorite muscle is the sternocleidomastoid (SCM). It has so much influence on posture and also can harbor some very unique trigger points. When the SCM is treated and releases, it has such a huge and often immediate impact on my clients' quality of life. That feeling completely embodies why I love being a massage therapist!
