pandemic and fi elded viewer questions.

their lives and businesses, this webinar offers an
opportunity to come together as a community and

Beginning on March 23, we
posted new self-care videos on
our ABMP Facebook page. We
featured several different hosts
who took us through meditation,
stretches, exercises, and yoga.

Center Certifi ed; second week
featured authors and educators Heath and Nicole Reed; and
our third week featured massage therapist and yoga instructor
