MEDITATE & MOVE Beginning March 23 we posted new self-care videos on our ABMP Facebook page, featuring several different hosts who guided us through meditation, stretches, exercises, and yoga. Our first week featured Angie Parris-Raney, LMT, Chopra Center Certified; the second week featured authors and educators Heath and Nicole Reed; and our third week featured massage therapist and yoga instructor Cindy Williams. FREE WEEKLY WEBINAR FOR THE MASSAGE PROFESSION Due to the current global health pandemic, ABMP is offering a free course to the entire massage and bodywork profession each week with the hope it may be useful to spend a few minutes focusing on something other than the news. ABMP members have access to all of these courses and many more in the ABMP Education Center at www.abmp.com/learn.
