CLAIRAUDIENT STYLES While there are six clairaudience styles, including mediumship/channeling and clairaudient writing, let's focus on telepathic empathy and healing and manifesting. (For a more in-depth discussion of the six clairaudience styles, read Raise Clairaudient Energy.) Telepathic empathy. Empathy is the awareness and interpretation of psychic messages received by the body. Telepathic empathy involves transforming these sensations into auditory messages. There are four types of telepathy: primal, or physically oriented; feeling-based; mental; and spiritual. Anything that can be sensed in the body can be transformed into verbal information, which can be shared aloud, written down, or simply noted internally. Healing and manifesting. We all want better lives, which is accomplished by reducing negativity and opening to positivity. The first process is called healing and the second involves manifesting. Clairaudient information can be used toward either pursuit. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE DATA? So, how might you go about accessing clairaudient data when conducting a session? I recommend you take the following steps. Decide. Do you want to obtain clairaudient information when performing healing work? You can make this decision in a global fashion, such as resolving to be open to this type of data during every session, or on a session-by-session basis. Know that electing to employ your clairaudience doesn't mean you'll actually receive these types of intuitive messages. Sometimes "the spirits" want to share, and sometimes not. Besides giving yourself the option of operating clairaudiently, you have further choices to make during a session. Let's say you receive a verbal message. Now, should you share it with the client? Many of the following points will help you with this decision. Ask the client. If you feel so inclined, ask your client in the beginning of a session whether they would like you to share any intuitive information you receive. If they provide a blanket yes, also request whether they would specifically desire clairaudient data. Some people love verbal input; others don't trust it or are scared of it. If you inadvertently perceive a clairaudient message during a session, ask the client whether they want to hear it or not. If not, be good with this. Establish boundaries. Before every session, I set up energetic boundaries. The steps are easy: 1. Affirm your spirit and put it in charge of all clairaudient interactions. 2. Affirm the client's spirit and any other spirits. This step means that the client's spirit will be charged with dealing with any clairaudient data received by them or from you. This step also creates a filter system, only inviting high-order beings into the session. 3. Affirm the Spirit and put it in charge of all clairaudient processes. This act of surrendering allows you to be a vessel for clairaudient information, but only in a way that is safe for you and the client. As a general guideline, if you feel uncomfortable about revealing data you clairaudiently attuned to, don't offer it. If you share, be careful. If all lights are green and you get a go-ahead to offer a clairaudient inspiration, use prudence. Start your shares with "I" statements. For instance, you might say, "I'm receiving the following phrase …" or, "In my head, I'm hearing this message ..." If you feel called, Yo u r M & B i s w o r t h 2 C E s ! G o t o w w w. a b m p . c o m / c e t o l e a r n m o r e . 99 add your interpretation of the message, but start these sentences with an "I" as well. Check it out. Ask the client whether they feel comfortable with the message or whether it means anything to them. Assure the client that in the end, they get to figure out whether a clairaudient communique is applicable to them, as well as what to do with it. Employ suitable clairaudient styles. Are you more comfortable writing rather than announcing a message for a client? Letting it come through in a different language? Acknowledging that it will deliver healing or assist them with manifesting? Again, always ask a client whether they want what you can offer. Close with grace. At the end of your session, thank the client for letting you use your gift, and remind them that they can decide what, if anything, to do with it. Are you ready to pursue this amazing and inherent gift? Go at your own pace, as well as that of a client's, and above all, have fun.
